This video is part of a series of short videos in which I kick the respective books of the given title in different environments until they fall apart. This crude version of treating a book should also be reminiscent of what the Nazis did to the books of Freud in the 1930s. Given my sincere interest in psychoanalysis and my studies of Freud I can exceptionally justify the material abuse of these books for the making of these videos in order to highlight the titles of the books and to complement my dream work. The mistreated books are part of each video.

I was driving with Haruko O on one bicycle in circles in the middle of the street. It represented for me some dream like experience, circling, danger, repetition, driving together with a woman on a bicycle etc...

Night vision, 2001 is a short video filmed with a technology that first became prominent in military night combat and is now used in peaceful technology. With little light source, it shows the lose packing material with which the camera was delivered to me making interesting subtle noises by falling into the box translating into oniric qualities.
